The bulbs do require removal of the ballast and then connect the live and neutral wires that went to the ballast directly to one end... I installed these lights about 10 weeks ago. So far they work great and are very bright. The biggest pain in the butt is converting your current fixtures to work with the LED... Easy just use the existing tombstones, I didn't even remove the Ballist. 10 min and done. Remember to put the bulb in on the correct end or it won't work. ???? Easy to install and they give off so much light! All parts included. Very bright, good for walk-in closet and Landry room. Great bulbs, nice and bright. I bought 32 total and they all work great. Much better than the old T8 Bulbs.
